Lot owners are required to commence construction of their approved residence within 5 years from the date of purchase. There are design and building controls in place to ensure high standards and front and side boundary restrictions to protect privacy. MARINA BERTHS AND NAVIGATION SPECIFICS

The entrance channel is over 2 metres in depth at mean low water and 20 metres wide at its narrowest point. The Boat Harbour is approximately 4 meters deep at MLW and each Marina berth, with a separate Strata Title, is 20 metres in length and 6 metres in width. There are a total of 26 marina berths available and several have been sold already.  Licence terms for these are up to 40 years. Lots 1-13 on the foreshore have a first right of refusal to purchase a Marina Berth Strata Title on the North side of the boat harbour. Canal lots (15-34) are entitled to construct a personal jetty directly in front of their property.
